Nexus Riverside
Nexus Riverside is a rental community that's planned for construction in 2017. It would sit on the north side of Miami River adjacent to downtown, and within walking distance to Brickell. I was responsible for the logo design, site sign and landing page. Because it's geared towards younger, hip millennials, I chose bright colors and imagery. The landing page is a single scroll with parallax images, but the developers decided not to code it until the project had moved further along.
